Voters deserve to know: What is different about his candidacy this time, and what specific purpose does he have for running again? If he believes changes are needed in District 20, he should clearly explain what those changes are, how they would benefit the residents, and why voters should now trust him to deliver the leadership he is promising.

Though historically Democrat, District 20 is becoming increasingly competitive. Voters are frustrated with scandal, weak leadership, and broken promises. With strong candidates and a motivated grassroots movement, this seat can be won.
